We all have our bad days every now and then, but sometimes they linger for much longer. Perhaps something happened to make you feel bad, or the negative energy just appeared out of nowhere. Among many things, people are increasingly turning to the power of crystals to improve their emotions and they even employ using crystals for healing anxiety and depression. 

Chakras, distance healing and energy points all sound a little complicated and pretty overwhelming. To be able to heal a person with only the lightest touch or no touch at all and from a distance? All seems pretty unbelievable, right? Well, welcome to the world of reiki where for centuries healers have had the power to fix the vibes of anybody who asked. So let’s get started!

To properly place chakra stones, start at the base of the spine and work upwards. The root chakra stone goes on the groin or feet, the sacral chakra stone on the lower abdomen, and the solar plexus stone near the navel.
