Good news! I've lowered most of the shipping prices! Please note that all orders will be standard shipping now.

Please know I truly HATE having to charge even these discounted rates, they are determined by the shipping companies (mostly USPS & UPS), and they are constantly raising prices on us small businesses. I do not make any profit on these costs, and these prices are actually now lower than my postage cost. In addition to the actual postage rate paid to the shipping companies, I also pay for a sturdy box, padding, envelopes and more which have all gone up significantly in price these past couple years.

Please keep in mind the items shape, size, and estimated weight of what you are purchasing - especially fragile clusters or pieces. This is why I provide the box sizes below. Just because something might be short in one way to fit in a box, it may be too fat to fit another way, which will automatically require a larger box. Some items may need far extra padding than others, or even a box within a box for it. Even if it is within 1" or less on one side, I will likely not ship it in that box. Packaging also adds weight and size to the items. My priority is the item safety, I won't just shove it in to fit.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

All shipments come with the OPTION to add package protection via the InsureShield app. This will cover the cost to replace or refund your order. If you choose not to add InsureShield, Contempo Crystals cannot refund or replace your shipments or items.

US orders $200 and more within the Continental US will qualify for a discounted flat rate ground shipping option (please note that it does not include package protection anymore, but is available at checkout)! These will likely all be shipped Ground as well, but may by chance ship Priority Mail if I can. This is at my discretion as sometimes these orders cost me upward of $50 to ship. Some limitations apply.

*ALL ORDERS ARE STANDARD SHIPPING.*

This typically means they will be sent ground (4–8 business days). On occasion, orders may be sent Priority Mail, which is typically 3–5 business days. This is at my discretion and may not be requested. Please do not order to have it arrive on a specific date, I cannot promise this. Please note that the 'arrival date' on the tracking is not always accurate (I wish it was!), sometimes packages can take a longer route than expected. This is entirely at the control of the shipping companies.

SMALL STANDARD SHIPPING - $4.50-6.75 (only for orders that are under 8oz total
Items weighing less than 8 oz. Think jewelry items, a few tumbles, a small worry stone, etc. The total package including the box and stuffing must weigh under 16 ounces.... which is not much when we are talking rocks.

STANDARD SHIPPING - $8-11
Packages with a good amount of small items (think many tumbles or palm stones), or one or two decent sized pieces. The rough package size is 7" long by 4" wide and 4" tall, or 7" wide by 5" wide and 3" tall. 2-3lbs is your max weight here.

MEDIUM STANDARD SHIPPING - $10-15
A lot of little pieces, a handful of decent sized pieces, or one big-ish piece. Your rough size limit is roughly 10" long, 8" wide, and 5" tall. 6-8 lbs is your max weight here.

LARGE STANDARD SHIPPING - $12-18
Same as above, but you can fit even more! Or a bigger statement piece. Your size limit is roughly 12" by 12" by 5". Weight limit is about 13-15 lbs.

Larger orders may require multiple boxes, or a larger box. But you can take advantage of this by spending $200 or more for the discounted rate above as long as you are within the Continental US.

XL STANDARD SHIPPING - $24-30

OVERSIZED STANDARD SHIPPING - $30-40

XL OVERSIZED STANDARD SHIPPING - $40-55

CANADA SHIPPING

All shipments come with the OPTION to add package protection via the InsureShield App for an additional cost. This will cover the cost to replace or refund your order. If you choose not to add InsureShield, Contempo Crystals cannot refund or replace your shipments or items.

Costs do NOT include any Tariffs or fees that may be required upon entry to Canada. I do not know what these costs are as they do not tell me.

USPS GROUND - $22-38
Packages weighing less 1-2 pounds. Think accessories, pebbles, palm stones, small points, lightweight crystals like Pink Halite.

SMALL - $38-70
Packages with a good amount of small items, or one or two decent sized pieces. The rough package size is 7" long by 3.5" wide and 3.5" tall, or 7" wide by 4.5" wide and 3" tall. 4 Pound Limit - Including Packaging!

MEDIUM - $70-95
A ton of little pieces, a handful of decent sized pieces, or one big-ish piece. Your rough size limit is roughly 10" long, 7" wide, and 4.5" tall. 20 Pound Limit Per Box!

LARGE - $95-150
Same as Medium Flat Rate, but you can fit even more! Or a big statement piece. Your size limit is roughly 11" by 11" by 4.5". 20 Pound Limit Per Box! These may have to go ground though.

Larger orders may require multiple boxes, a larger box, or special handling. Please let me know before you claim any large items. Prices do NOT include customs fees, import fees, etc. those are determined at the time of import. I have no control and cannot see any of this information.

OUTSIDE NORTH AMERICA?

Once packages are with the shipping company, we have no control of how they are handled. If you would like to protect your order, you MUST have the InsureShield package protection otherwise I cannot issue any refunds. If you need signature confirmation please let me know BEFORE checking out - if you've had issues with items being delivered, you may want to add this. This would be an additional cost of about $3-10 depending on order total.

The shipping costs are general guidelines. Large, oddly-shaped, or fragile packages may require special handling. I won't know what your final shipping rate will be until checkout as there are many variables. Please keep in mind that the box, padding and free crystals do add a little weight too. For example, even if you bought a 8oz piece, it will still take over 8oz to ship it.
