VERY unique and cute pink colored quartz and amethyst over calcite specimens with hematite inclusions from Brazil.  The coloring is actually due to the hematite which gives them an overall pink coloring mixed with a little purple, yellow, and red coloring.  The larger piece has some UV reaction on the back calcite piece too.  Both have a mix of quartz and amethyst on the surface, and they are growing over an optical style of white calcite. These druzy crystals are quartz crystals that have grown over the top of an existing calcite crystal, giving them a 'sugar' coating.  There are no shortage of sparkles on these quartz calcite crystals!
