Shipping policy

I cannot replace or refund for damaged, lost, or stolen packages that you do not cover with the Route Protection Package. Please checkout directly on the Contempo Crystals website (if you are visiting from another app).

I HATE having to charge what I do for shipping, but please know I don't make any profit on it AT ALL. Rocks are heavy and the weight adds up QUICKLY.  I'm not shipping a scrunchie here, even a palm stone can be half a pound, then you have to package it, and even the smallest box I have is about half a pound to send... anything 1 lb or more automatically HAS to ship Priority. Basically only jewelry will fall into the First Class/Ground Advantage rates. It will always be more cost efficient if you can add up some items in the same order.  You can get quite a few tumbles, palms, and small items in the first level of Priority, same goes for Medium, etc.

Keep in mind shipping costs are set by USPS or UPS.  In addition the costs of boxes, envelopes, padding have all gone up significantly, to which aren't even factored in to the shipping cost you're charged. 

The shipping companies keep raising the prices on us small businesses, and as a one person shop, I do not have the buying power of Amazon to get big shipping discounts.  : (  You can see our Shipping Estimates here. If the shipping rates are looking way too expensive (sometimes weird things happen), please let me know.

SHIPPING SPEEDS
We try to ship out as soon as possible.  Our typical window is 2-3 business days, but it can be as soon as 1 day. Please note that I do not control the actual speed of the shipments and cannot guarantee any times or dates of arrival.

CORRECT ADDRESS
Please make sure you enter the correct address in your order, because that is where it is going! We cannot and will not change the address in your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If you are shopping from outside the US, please see our International Orders page.  Shipping costs do NOT include any customs, import, or brokerage fees that may be imposed once it reaches your country.  I do not know what they are.  We cannot ship to the United Kingdom.
