Small orange to red hematite quartz phantom points from Brazil called Papaya Quartz.  They all have a contrasting clear to white and orange red coloring.  Many have clear lined phantoms, while some have more of an overall coloring of red.  A couple also have tiny hematite dots on them.  Very cute and unique!
